Solution

Best practices:

1. Open the file in NX.

2. Do Examine Geometry:

This command analyzes a solid body, face, or edge for conditions of interest (for example, tiny objects, problems in the data structure, self-intersections, and spikes/cuts).

Regular use is allowing model integrity to be maintained, reducing potential issues caused by invalid geometry.

3.Part Cleanup:

The Part Cleanup command eliminates certain objects from the part file. Without Part Cleanup, these objects are inaccessible, and cannot be eliminated.

The options are grouped according to their effect on the data:

a. Simple Cleanup Actions are safe operations in that they do not change data.

b. Moderate Cleanup Actions generally change the data in ways that deserve to be changed. However, there is some risk that their application will execute changes that you do not intend.

c. Serious Deletion Actions (Use Caution) perform higher-risk operations in that they always remove data.

4. Optimize Face:

Use the Optimize Face command to simplify surface types, merge faces, improve edge accuracy, and recognize blends.

5. Examine Geometry:

Note: If still, JT can't pass examine geometry, please correct part files and recreate JT to avoid the upcoming issues in drafting application.
