Save As dialog result differs based on the selection of assembly in the Assembly Navigator

If the assembly is selected and performs Save As, The dialog is displayed as follows

If the assembly is not selected in assembly navigator, the following dialog is displayed

Solution

If the assembly is selected in the ANT, NX gives option to select Part from the loaded parts for the save as operation, but if the assembly is not selected in the ANT, then only the top assembly can be performed save as operation.
