NX In NX Manager the Item Part Name is showing in uppercase

In Partslist the Item Part name is showing in uppercase

In Teamcenter, the item name contains combination of uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
ex:
The Item name in Teamcenter is 3_abc5_XXXXX 

In NX partslist the item name is shown as 3_ABC5_XXXXX 

How to show Item name in Partslist like Teamcenter

Solution

Deselect 'Force Auto Text to Upper Case' in customer defaults
