NX How do you create object attribute that can be inherited at assembly level?

After creating an object attribute on a line, you would like to see it to be inherited at the assembly level automatically. 
How can you accomplish this task? 

Solution

When you create the attribute at the component level, make sure that you select the line as an object, not on the Line (feature), so the attribute could be inherited at the assembly level.
Set selection filter to Curve --> Select the line --> RM --> Properties -->Attributes --> Apply to Object --> Select Object --> Create your object Title and Value -->Apply

Add this component to an assembly using entire reference set --> Select the line --> Properties:
