NX how to define a minimum bore diameter for ID turning tools

Is there a way to put a minimum bore size in a tool path?  Most boring bars have a minimum bore start diameter.

Solution

Yes.  The minimum bore diameter is part of the tool definition. It's under the More tab of the tool dialog in the Limits group:

When generating the path, your ID operations will issue a warning if the tool is trying to enter a bore less than this value:
