NX Convert Tool Library fails with "No type or subtype field found"

Menu -> Tools -> Convert Tool Library

Gives error message :  "No type or subtype field found"

Solution

This error will be given if the user attempts to convert the 'holder_database.dat' file

Note that the 'Convert Tool Library' should NOT be done on the 'holder_database.dat' file. It should ONLY be done on the 'rtool_database.dat' file.  The  'holder_database.dat' will then be automatically converted if necessary.
