You have purchased and are using Siemens applications which are not supported via support center. Here follows a step-by-step guide explaining the steps you need to complete in the the Siemens Industry Online Support (SIOS) portal to submit a ticket for your Siemens application.
Solution
First, you need to go to https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/start
Then click on 'Support Request' -> 'Create support Request'
Unless you are already logged in to SIOS, you then have to log in or register first.
Once done, search for your Siemens application product and click on 'Next'. The screenshot below shows an example with the 'Analyze MyDrives' application.
The following page contains relevant links to your product in section 'First help for the selected product'.
If you want to proceed creating your ticket, fill in a meaningful topic and provide a comprehensive description of your issue. If needed, you can also upload files that might be useful for the investigation.
Click 'Next'.
Before submitting your issue eventually, you can add some details regarding the contact process and review the provided title and description of your issue.
Click on 'Send' and your issue will be reviewed by the responsible development team.
If the responsible Application Development team investigates your issue and believes it is something the MindSphere development must address, their developers will contact our team directly on your behalf.
