When trying to open exported JT file, the problem occurs only if the default name of Model Reference Set in Customer Default is set to null(blank).
Step to reproduce: 1.Start NX > Customer Default > Assemblies > Site Standard > Reference Sets > Model Reference Set, set "Name" input field to blank(null). 2.Restart NX > open a new part and put a solid like a box. 3.File > Export > JT ( with default setting) 4.File > Open > select the exported JT file.
Solution
The problem is fixed in NX1980.
Work Around: It's only one way to work around the issue. The input field for "Model Reference Set" in Customer Default must set some input value like "MODEL", "Ref#1" or etc...
Notes and References
The exported data by Export JT has no problem and is reliable. Problem is just on Open > JT.
The issue does not occur in NX1872 or before release, but it occurs in NX1899 Series or later. In addition, even JT file is not generated in NX1953.
