Error: (720100) - Failed to initialize log file for clone operation.
While performing import
***** ug_clone import operation failed
Received this message while importing templates using tcin_template_setup.bat
Solution
The issue was resolved with the below two changes to the command prompt and these helped to import the templates successfully.
Set the variable: UGII_TMP_DIR=c:\temp
Running the command from C:\temp location instead of NX install location where we have full write permission.
