SolutionInsights Hub Support through the Support Center is only offered for Insights Hub plans. This does not include the Insights Hub Start for Free offering. Any issues regarding an Insights Hub Start for Free tenant need to be raised in our Insights Hub forum, which has a separate area exclusively for the Start for Free offering.
