Licenses cannot be served after computer restart.
Computer uses a teamed network adapter configuration.

Solution

License files are generated to work on a single computer server, identified through the CID code.
By using the teamed network adapter configuration the CID code is not constant, because it can be generated from the MAC Address of one of the network adapters, that is not always the same. The network adapter used to generate the CID can randomly change at each restart.
For this reason the generated CID code of the computer changes and sometimes does not cope anymore with the CID used to generate the license file.


The solution to solve this problem is to create a batch file to run after the computer server has started.

The commands to be included in the batch file are:

net stop "Network List Service"


net stop "Network Location Awareness"


net start "Network Location Awareness"


exit
------------------------------------------------------------------

Through this batch file the network team is reset and restarted, allowing to generate the CID always on the same network adapter.
