Insights Hub How to create a Insights Hub user with single application access?

You want to limit users to access specific app/s in the Launchpad without the default Insights Hub core applications for standard users, or you want to limit which default application a group of users would have access to.

If you like to restrict access for users to a single application, it is recommended to create a new user role (this way, you can easily assign this custom role to other users); otherwise, you can assign the roles mentioned below directly to the user.

The new role will require the individual core role launchpad (mdsp:core) and any other desired application roles.

Individual application core roles aren't available by default in settings; if you cannot see the launchpad role or any other individual core roles, please refer to FAQ: How to add individual roles to my tenant?
