Some browsers do not show the full help. The NX help documentation page seems to be loading something but stays empty.
The page is loaded, the menu is visible, but the content does not show up. The main part of the page looks empty.
Issue seems to occur in all browsers, especially the default one that is used. So if Firefox is the Default, it stays empty and Chrome does work, but also vice versa.
Solution
The issue seems to be a caching issue. Clearing out the cache in the browser that does not load the pages correct, solves the issue.
In
Firefox: Menu --> Options --> Search for "Cache", and select the option "clear Data" --> "Cached Web Content" only is needed, no need to remove Cookies and site data
In
Chrome: Menu --> Settings --> Search for "Cache", and select the option "Clear browsing data" --> Cached images and files (make sure you select a proper "
time range")
In
Edge: Menu --> Settings --> Search for "Cache", and select the option "Clear Browsing data now" --> "Choose what to clear" --> Cached Images and files
