You have purchased and are using the Sentron application and run into an issue using the product. How do you get support?
Solution
Sentron is an application provided by Siemens but not developed by the MindSphere R&D team. Support for this application must be submitted to the Sentron development team through the Siemens Industry portal, found here:
https://support.industry.siemens.com/
If the Sentron Development team investigates your issue and believes it is something the MindSphere Product must address, their developers will contact our team directly on your behalf.
