Can't Pack and Unpack a BOM in Structure manager, when an NX assembly with child components having multiple instances is uploaded using tcin_import utility.

Solution

Use TC Preference (PS_new_seqno_mode=existing), this will generate sequence numbers that help in Pack and Unpack operation.
