Is there a way to configure the revision rule by the latest revision followed by the released date?

Example:

If revision 00 released date by accident is later than revision 01 (like below)

  • ProjectID_101_ML00
    • Status (released on 2th May 2020)
    • Status (obsolete on 19th May 2020)
  • ProjectID_101_ML01
    • Status(released on 18th May 2020)

NX and TC should select by revision order first followed by a released date: ProjectID_101_ML01 in this case.

Solution

Solution1:

You can add an entry Latest(Alpha+Number Rev ID) before Has status...
Please note this will load the latest revision available and Has status may not come into the picture at all as the revision will be set before it reaches that rule.

Solution2:
Release Revision ML01 again.
This will set the latest date to revision ML01

Solution3:
Set Revision ML01 and save as Precise revision.
ML01 would be picked as Precise revision is given preference
Note: It will also set all the other revisions as Precise.

Solution4:
Set as shown in the picture.
