The default thread taper angle shown on drawing views is customized using the below environment variable.
UGII_NOMINAL_DRAWING_THREAD_TAPER_ANGLE

Set something like UGII_NOMINAL_DRAWING_THREAD_TAPER_ANGLE=1.783
Drafting views will be tapered by an angle approximately equal to the specified angle
