Show Movable command in Sketcher is not visible in NX 

Solution

To enable the "Show Movable" command in Sketcher go to File > Utilities > Feature Toggles. Under the feature Toggle dialog, Type, "Sketch" and it will filter the "Sketch New SolverAndUI", so change its State from "OFF" to "ON" and click OK.
