Problem:
Teamcenter 12.4.0.3 introduced a defect that prevents using the "Minimally Load - Lightweight Display" option in NX.
The only available workaround is to change your default Load Option to be something other than "Minimally Load - Lightweight Display".
Solution:
The problem is resolved in Teamcenter 12.4.0.3 Hotfix 1.
