NX 'View' toolbar is not appearing in manufacturing

The MB1 'View' toolbar (either default or customized) that is available in Modeling or other NX applications is not appearing in Manufacturing.

Solution

The manufacturing application is a special case, and this is working as designed.  The 'View' toolbar is intentionally disabled if the Select Tool Path option is ON. 

The Select Tool Path option allows users to pick on a path and then display the tool graphically at that selected point.  Allowing the toolbar to appear while picking on a path will hide the tool, the displayed IPW, and the selected path location.  Hence the 'View' toolbar under MB1 is intentionally hidden when the pick on path function is active.  If the user wants to enable the MB1 'View' toolbar, then the Select Tool Path button should be toggled OFF.
