Can this change be easily reverted?
Who should I contact if I need to request an MFA change?
SolutionCurrently, MFA only supports email notifications. SMS is currently not supported.
The MFA changes are per tenant and will apply to all tenant users. Users with access to multiple tenants may be subjected to different MFA access types per tenant.
To request a Multi-Factor Authentication change, please raise a support ticket via Support Centre. Changes can be reverted, if necessary, by request via a support case.
