In Analysis > Shape > Face Curvature, and
Analysis >  Shape > Radius
what is the formula used to calculate "Gaussian Face Curvature" and "Gaussian Radius Curvature"?

Solution

Gaussian Radius of curvature = r * R / SQRT(ABSOLUTE(r * R)), where r = Min Radius of curvature and R = Max Radius of curvature.

Note that r and R can be positive or negative (concave/convex). Therefore, taking the absolute value of the product is essential before taking the square root

Gaussian Face of curvature = 1/(Minimum Radius of Curvature * Maximum radius of Curvature)
