NX NX 1872 Cannot open file: 'A dimension subscript for an array attribute was out of range or invalid'

Problem opening Manufacturing part file in NX 1872 
Gives error: 'A dimension subscript for an array attribute was out of range or invalid'

Solution

Problem is fixed in NX 1888. The part file can be opened without error.
