Solid Edge "...installed package information file is corrupted" in Solid Edge for FloEFD

When starting Solid Edge 2021 with FloEFD for Solid Edge installed, I get the error "Licensing error: The installed package information file is corrupted".

Selecting 'OK' allows FloEFD for Solid Edge to then run.

Solution

This is resolved by removing the following mgcld Environment Variables for NX:

• GLS_DLL 
• MGLS_PKGINFO_FILE

And switching to ugslmd as the license daemon for FloEFD.
