Teamcenter X blank awc tab in nx after applying patches

  - Active Workspace tab in NXMgr is blank.

  - This AWC hosting functionality was fine before TC and AWC patches were applied.

  - In Teamcenter, preference 

      ActiveWorkspaceHosting.NX.URL

    is still set to correct value.

  - Standalone AWC is fine in web browsers.

  - In Active Workspace tab, executed right mouse button --> Reload

  - Afterwards, hosted Activeworkspace was displayed.
