You have a newly deployed or purchased application and cannot see it on your MindSphere launchpad.
Solution
The most common reason for an application to be missing on your Mindsphere launchpad is usually because the application role has not been attached to your user group or to your individual user account. If an application is not assigned to the proper group or users under Settings, then those users or groups will not see a new application.
If you are not a tenant admin, you will have to reach out to someone with those permissions in your tenant to update your account.
