Tecnomatix Some functions no longer available when fewer monitors are connected.

When the laptop is connected with two external monitors, everything works fine.

After closing Process Simulate, one of the monitors was removed.

Now things are not working correctly.  When trying to open different functions, just hear a "Ding" and nothing happens.

Solution

This sounds like there is a dialog open, but it is outside the current viewable area.

To reset the positions of everything in Process Simulate:

1. Close any open sessions of Process Simulate.
2. Open the Tecnomatix Doctor utility.  (Start / Tecnomatix / Tecnomatix Doctor)
3. Look under the Tools pulldown menu.  There should be an entry called "Reset Dialog Position".
4. Invoke this, then restart Process Simulate.

         Note: You may need to run this with administrator privileges.
