NX Length of leaders could not be changed for radial dimensions by manual dragging

Though length of leaders can be changed for PMI notes by manual dragging, Length of the leaders could not be changed for radial dimensions in the same way.
 

Solution

 Automatic Orientation is needed to be turned OFF in the preferences for enabling manual dragging of the leader
