NX Pre-filtering in "Routing Reuse Search" works only for specific attributes.

Pre-filtering in "Routing Reuse Search" works only for specific below attributes
 
GAUGE
NUMBER_OF_PORTS
SHELL_SIZE
SIZE
STYLE
 
It does not work for all other attributes. Why?

Solution

The attributes used for pre-filtering is defined in ugroute_elec_metric.xml
 
ugroute_elec_metric.xml is located in "%UGII_BASE_DIR%\ROUTING\ugroute_elec\appview"  folder
 
After opening ugroute_elec_metric.xml in a text editor, search for "Destination_Characteristics" for finding the list of pre filter attributes defined.
 
For example , if you want to add "ROWS" attribute for pre-filtering, you need add the below texts
 
 <Characteristic>
           <Name>
             ROWS
           </Name>
          <Real_Value xsi:nil="true"/>
        </Characteristic>
