Teamcenter X nxmgr, save error, project is not set

  - Unable to save part in nxmanager.

  - The TCIN error message shows

    The following errors occurred:

    while saving data to Teamcenter:

    The current Project/Program is not set for the user session. : ...

    while saving data to Teamcenter:

    The object of type "Item" can only be created in context of Program. : ...

  - Problem occurred with a new nx manager user.

  - In Teamcenter, the user *is* a privileged user in Project/Program.

  - Existing users are fine.

  - User logged into ActiveWorkspace, press Profile button in lower left,

    then set their Project in User Properties

  - Alternately, you can set Project in RAC, Edit --> User Settings...

  - In new nx mgr sessions, user was able to save parts.
