NX Machine Code Simulation: Program name 'TO_INI' not found.

"Machine Code Based Simulation" reports "Program name TO_INI in not found" .
"Manufacturing Machine Samples", using a "Sinumerik" controller..display the following alert...

Solution

The Post Configurator postprocessor must have the desired output handler for the TO_INI file.
Select the following to set the outputfolder...

• Edit the "Post Configurator" Post Processor
• Select "General Setting" -->"File Output Handling"-->"Outputfolder"

Selection of the desired "Outputfolder" will define how the INI file for the cse simulation should be handled.


Part
The ini files are output to a subfolder \\cse_files\\subprog of cam part file location. If \\cse_files\\subprog does not exist, post creates this folder. (User must have write access to the location)

CSE
The ini files are output to sub folder \\subprog of \\cse_driver folder, which is located in same directory of \postprocessor in the respective machine kit.  (User must have write access to the location)

ENV
The ini files are output to a sub folder \\subprog in a directory specified over the environment variable UGII_CAM_CSE_USER_DIR.  (User must have write access to the location)
