There is a restriction that prevents linear velocity from being calculated from an angular velocity multiplied by a moment arm's length in a math function in Simcenter 3D Motion. This is due to an issue with the resulting dimensionality that is not considered equivalent to a linear velocity. For example, the following math function is considered invalid:

Solution

In order for the dimensionality to match that of a Velocity the angle unit must be removed. To do this, simply add an additional term that divides the current formula by the angle units.
