How to add pin hole symbol to engineering drawing? 

Solution

The pin hole symbol is actually placed as a block in the default template. You can access it, place it, and scale it in a draft file.
 
Steps:
- In Draft file go to Library > Select 'Active Document' > Select 'COM' Block > Drag it to the drawing sheet graphics windows.
- There you can  place it, and scale it as per requirement.
- For Scale 1 the dimeter of the pin hole symbol is 10.00 mm for ISO Metric template.
