How to place Feature Control Frame Vertical or Angular?

Solution

1.Select Menu -> Insert -> Annotation -> Feature Control Frame.
2. Open Settings -> Lettering and set Lettering Angle to 90. Close.

3. Select Leader and place Feature Control Frame it placed vertically. and also you can place angular by changing angle of lettering.
