Which version of Solid Edge is compatible with NX 1884?

For Solid Edge 2021 file compatibility with the latest releases of NX and Femap, the latest plmxml adapter may be needed and will be available after the Solid Edge 2021 release at:
https://download.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com
Select Solid Edge→Product updates→2021→PLMXML.


For NX, the adapter should be copied to the NX installation folder, %UGII_BASE_DIR%\NXBIN.

For a direct open, the Parasolid versions need to be the same or newer in Solid Edge.
The regular solution to overcome the versioning is to download the plmxml-adapter as described above.
