How to control the column widths in ANT, PNT and other userpreferences for organization?

Solution

Set the required column widths in ANT, PNT and other userpreferences as per organization needs and place it in a known network folder 
Point environment variable UGII_USER_PROFILE_DIR=<folder location>

You can either set Environment variable in system/user variables of individuals or set this variable in ugii_env.dat.
