When entering a support case or searching product documentation, you see fields for product or component version numbers.
What is this for MindSphere?
Solution
MindSphere is a Cloud product so you are always using the most current product version when you log into our platform. This applies for all tenant types: Developer, Operator, and IoT Value Plan.
In Support Center, you will only see "MindSphere current" or "Vcurrent" show up in these drop-down lists. All you need to do is choose these values when searching content or submitting a support case to our team.
