Details

For a support case about NX it is necessary to collect all logfiles and send them with the description of the problem.

Solution

Open the Part File and go to File > Help > Generate Support Logs for IR/PR

The next step is to choose the log collection "Settings > Collect the Logs".
The system gives out an information window where the zip file is stored.

These file is the log collection what is needed for the case.

Please send this information and everything else we need to reproduce the case to GTAC.
