How to create conveyor with cylindrical ends as transport-surface?
How to create cylindrical transport surface?

Solution

Most customers use just planar conveyors, which is best for performance. If you want really the cylindrical ends of the conveyors to be part of the simulation, then you can think of 2 solutions:

For both solutions you set the Transport Surface, Conveyor Face and select the planar and cylindrical surface:

1) Set/Create the collision body to planar and cylindrical face and use Collision Shape=Convex.

This however create small planar segments for the cylindrical face. This might be sufficient.

2)  More accurate, but will also cost more effort, is to set manually a User Defined cylinder for the Collision-Body shape. Create separate CB's for flat and cylindrical ends. You can set (as example) CB(2) being a cylinder and manually positioned and given the correct size.
