Solid Edge How to have one Feature Callout for simple and threaded holes

I want to place Feature Callouts for simple and threaded holes according to ISO standards and want to have one single Dimension Style only.  It seems to be impossible to define the Smart Depth and the Feature Callout in a way that all callouts apply to the ISO standard as seen in the image below:

Here are the required definitions to achieve a Dimension Callout according to ISO standard as seen above.
In your dimension style properties set Smart Depth and Feature Callout options as follows:

Property text codes in the above settings are as follows:

%HD - hole depth
%TD - thread depth
%DI - diameter sign
%HS - hole size
%TS - thread size
%ZH - smart depth
%ZT - smart thread depth

With the above definitions you can place a dimension or a callout using the Feature Callout and achieve the dimensions as seen in the very first picture.
