Unable to find PMI Effectivity in Preference - PMI

Solution

Ensure File - PMI is enabled.

Now you would see additional PMI related options as shown below(Still PMI Effectivity is missing) :

Ensure you have set ON the customer default as shown below for "Infer PMI Effectivity":

Now you would see PMI Effectivity :

Note: 
If you are still not able to see Effectivity option that means you have opened Single piece part.
Ensure you have opened an Assembly then you should see this "Effectivity" option.
