While creating a Mesh point  with "projected point" option, "assign node label" is not available.

Solution

Assign node label is there for single mesh point creation and doesn't make sense for multiple mesh point creation.

Infact , "assign node label" will not available for "Multiple Mesh points on curve/Edge" too.
