How to check number of nodes available in particular face ?

Solution

Number of nodes available in particular face can be found as follows.

1.Go to Menu -Information -pre/post-Node/Element.

2.In "Node/Element Information" dialog select node and in selection filter method opt for "related node" and select corresponding  "polygon face".

3.You can confirm the number of nodes selected in this UI. If you press OK and you can get the relevant nodes  information.

Same method can be applicable to find the number of elements for particular face and number of nodes/elements for particular edge too.
