You uploaded your application using the developer cockpit and need to make a change or stop the upload. How can you change your application after it's been uploaded in the developer cockpit?

Solution

Once an application upload has been initiated, this element or version can no longer be edited. This is true for both successful and failed upload.

 

To start a new upload, a new version is created, and the process can start over. See documentation for creating a new version:
