Details

As soon as you try to access Business Intelligence it checks if your user has already a license assigned. If your user has no license assigned, it will assign a free license to your user. If all licenses are already assigned, you will get the message "You reached the limit of your booked offering".

Solution

To solve this issue, you have two options:

  1. Purchase a Business Intelligence user upgrade, via the Upgrade app, to enable more users to be able to use Business Intelligence on your tenant.
    1. The tenant admin can request a reset of the Business Intelligence user licenses by creating a support ticket.
