NX Point Cloud Units in NX

Upon creation or importing points in NX, what defines their unit value?

Points within NX, whether created within or imported, are always reported in the Units of the Part File itself.

Setting an inch part file to display metric units or if a measurement is done and reported as metric, points will always be reported in the files units (inch in this case), or the inverse if metric.

To determine a part files units, select 'Menu -> Information -> Part -> Loaded Parts -> "Units" column'.
