- In MPP, highlight the desired process structure, right-click -> Open with Process Simulate
- In PSTC, highlight two of the resources (or parts), right pick -> Create Group
- In the 'Create Group' interface, 'Name' the group accordingly, and then pick OK
- On the 'Logical Collections Tree' tab, see that the Group has been created successfully
- At this point, the user has realized that he forgot to add one additional resource or part to the newly created group. Highlight the Group, right pick -> ...see that there is no option to 'Edit Group'
*** NOTE: For the user to include the additional part/resource, he must 'Delete' the Group, re-select all the necessary items, and then create a brand-new Group. This is especially problematic when the user has created a large grouping and only needs to include one additional item.
Solution
It is possible to Add and Remove objects from a Logical Collections Group without an "Edit Group" command.
To Add to a Group, just drag and drop from the Object tree into the Group.
To remove from a Group, right-click on the Group member, and Delete.
