Why are their duplicate entries called SE_Attr0 in the Assembly Name Reference?

Solution

The SE_attr0 object is a form.  SEEC uses the property on the form to track if the assembly was last saved as a simplified assembly (value=1)  or not (value=0).

It is safe to remove duplicate SE_Attr0 objects from the Name Reference.
