Details
Because Microsoft no longer provide the Arial Unicode MS Font with MS Office version later than Office 2013 it is necessary for some customers to obtain a copy of the font and install the font manually (as described in SFB-NX-11528).
Some Customers did install the font, but the font was not displayed in NX. However in MS Office they see that font.
Solution
If you just copy or install the font normally, it is only installed for OS user specific in the windows install folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts
NX does not look into that user font folder while startup.
It is necessary to install the font for all users by selecting the font file, right mouse button and click on "install for all users".
It is also possible to define the environment variable UGII_STANDARD_FONT_DIR to a specific folder with NX specific true type fonts.
