In Solid Edge ST10 I try to do a "Save as" of an assembly using Structure Editor. A few child items from this assembly have Inter-part Links. These links are not displayed in the source BOM-view (left upper panel).
In the previous Solid Edge version (ST9) we could control the check on the reverse link with a registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge\version 109\DEBUG\SEEC_SESE_Expand_ReverseLink
By default it is OFF (0)
This registry switch does not exist for Solid Edge ST10. After adding it manually the required links did not appear either. Has the behavior been changed in Solid Edge ST10?
Solution
We have stopped honoring this registry switch and now the behavior is to not expand reverse links. If the reverse link is in context (BOM) then it will be shown, otherwise it will not be shown. This behavior is effective from Solid Edge ST10 onwards.
